IRIA recognise that staff training is a critical element to reduce damage and danger in and around racking systems

IRIA are at the forefront of racking training offering a range of training modules delivered via a number of different modes.

Methods of delivery include Online and Face to Face.

Online delivery allows for participants to complete the modules at times that suit the business. A range of standard modules exist and additional purpose built modules can be developed upon request. Standard Modules include:

  • Working around Racking Structure and
  • Racking Structures for Supervisors and Managers

Face to face delivery is designed to offer participating staff an in-depth insight into their racking systems. Areas covered include:

  • Racking Structures
  • Managing Racking Structures
  • Completing Repairs to your Racking Structure and
  • Installing Racking Structures

The online training system can offer full management of the training cycle including the ability to flag users that are due for refresher courses.
